Pay it Forward 2013

I've seen a few of these posts on facebook today, and then the wonderfully awesome posted it in a journal here and I decided to hop on the bandwagon!

‎2013 AWESOME Pay-it-Forward: the first 5 people to comment on this will receive from me, sometime in the next calendar year, a gift. Perhaps a book, food, music, SOMETHING EPIC! There will likely be no warning and it will happen whenever the mood strikes me.

The catch? these 5 people must make the same offer in their journals!

In other news, has officially started!  If you guys are looking for inspiration/want to try your hand at writing AT LEAST one thing a day, you should definitely check out the group/project!  At the end of the year, we will be doing an exchange of sorts, so if this sounds appealing to you, come join the fun!

In regards to this...I'm going to do my best to write SOMETHING every day, but I'm going to need your help!  Since it seems I respond so well to you guys' prompts, please start sending them my way!  Challenge me to step out of my comfort zone and do something new!  Send me unique poem ideas!  Whatever strikes your fancy that you'd like to see me try my hand at, I'd be glad for the ideas!

Once has officially opened up, I'm going to be taking over the job of Feature Writer--in other words, I'll be compiling a list of Community Events/Group and Member contests/Contests and news in general.

So here's the deal:  I try to stay up on the current events as much as I can, but I don't have eyeballs EVERYWHERE in the community, so if you guys know of any contests/pertinent news articles/what have you that you'd like to promote, PLEASE start sending them to me via notes!  I need all the help I can get with this!
